This addition creates a professional boundary between the build phase and the maintenance phase, while clearly defining the “The Firm Continuity Program” as your premium ongoing support tier.


Service Terms & Conditions: The Lead Generation Machine

Effective Date: May 15, 2026

1. The “Integrated Stack” Scope of Work

CDG Brands provides a comprehensive digital infrastructure designed to capture, nurture, and convert high-ticket leads. This includes WordPress development, CRM integration (HubSpot), Meta Ads growth engines, automated booking systems, and invoicing/payment setups.

2. Financial Terms

  • Upfront Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required to secure your placement and begin the strategy and architecture phase.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the final hand-off.
  • Third-Party Fees: The Client is responsible for external costs such as Meta Ad spend, software subscriptions, and payment processing fees.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • The MVP Threshold: Once the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) has been developed—defined as the completion of the WordPress landing page, the functional HubSpot-to-Booking workflow, or the draft ad campaign—no refunds of any kind will be issued.
  • Pre-MVP Cancellations: If the Client cancels before the MVP is presented, the 50% upfront deposit will be retained by CDG Brands to cover administrative and strategy costs.

4. Client Obligations & Technical Access

The Client must provide administrative access to WordPress, Meta Business Manager, and HubSpot within 72 hours of project kickoff. Delays in access or approvals do not grant a right to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon final payment, the Client owns the specific implementation of the site. CDG Brands retains rights to proprietary frameworks, “Integrated Stack” methodologies, and code snippets used during the build.

6. Performance Disclaimer

CDG Brands does not guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue targets. Success depends on market demand, ad budget, and the Client’s sales efficacy.

7. Limitation of Liability

CDG Brands shall not be held liable for any loss of revenue, data, or account suspensions (e.g., Meta ad account bans) resulting from Client-provided content or third-party platform policy changes.

8. Service Availability & Uptime

While CDG Brands builds using industry-standard environments, 100% uptime and 24/7 availability of the website and lead generation systems are not guaranteed. Digital infrastructures are subject to third-party server outages, platform API updates, and maintenance. CDG Brands is not liable for any business interruption during these periods.

9. Maintenance & “The Firm Continuity Program”

Ongoing maintenance, security, and technical stability are not included in the initial build fee. To ensure the long-term health of the “Machine,” Clients may enroll in our maintenance program:

  • Program Name: The Firm Continuity Program
  • Cost: $450/month (billed quarterly at $1,350)
  • Services Included:
    • 24/7 critical monitoring of site health.
    • Weekly compliance audits for CRM and Ad integrations.
    • Premium high-speed hosting management.
    • Two (2) hours of priority “Partner-Level” technical support per month.
  • Non-Enrollment: Clients who choose not to enroll in the Continuity Program are responsible for their own hosting, security updates, and troubleshooting. Any technical support requested outside of this program will be billed at our standard hourly agency rate.
