Refund and Returns Policy

At CDG Brands, we deliver a high-value digital eBook designed to help you build, launch, and grow your brand with clarity and confidence.

Because this is a digital product with instant access, it cannot be returned once delivered.


Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be issued if:

  • You were charged twice by mistake
  • You purchased the same eBook more than once
  • You never received access to the eBook after payment
  • The file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working version

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.


Refunds Are Not Granted For

  • “I changed my mind”
  • “I no longer need the eBook”
  • “I thought it was something else”
  • “I didn’t read the description”
  • “I don’t have time to use it”
  • “I expected different results”

Once the eBook has been downloaded or accessed, the sale is final.
